Hot Process Black Spruce & Anise Handmade Soap

This soap is the only one in our collection made using the hot process method. Hot process soap is made by heating up the oils in a crock pot and mixing it with lye water while both are still hot. The result is amazing soap and my favorite one in this collection. Our hot process Black Spruce and Anise soap is colored with activated charcoal and french green clay to give it a dramatic swirl contrast. I made this soap using organic cocoa butter, natural shea butter, and organic castor oil. This soap is vegan, contains no palm oil, no phthalate or paraben.

Ingredients: Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Organic Cocoa Butter, Natural Shea Butter, Organic Castor Oil, Sodium Hydroxide (Lye), Water, Activated Charcoal, French Green Clay, Fragrance.

Scent: I love this scent so much, this is the reason why I chose to make this soap using both the cold and hot process methods. Black Spruce & Anise has notes of anise, wild berries, amber, black spruce, sandalwood, balsam fir, vetiver, and musk. This scent is unisex.

Weight and Size: Each bar of soap is hand cut approx. 1 inch thick into a 2 5/8 inch square. Bars are approximately 4 oz / 113 g.
