Organic Rosehip & Beetroot Facial Soap

This Organic Rosehip & Beetroot facial soap is made with Natural Shea Butter, Organic Rosehip Seed Oil, Organic Castor Oil, Beetroot, Rose Extract and Rose Clay. I scented this facial soap with only 3% fragrance oil to give it just a light rose golden scent. The color of this soap is light pink. 

Rosehip Seed Oil comes from the fruit of the rose plant and it is often considered a luxury oil, due to it's many skin care benefits, especially for maturing skin. The beetroot powder provides an extra exfoliant, due to it's grainy texture. Rose extract and rose clay provide additional skin loving benefits that leaves skin feeling clean and refreshed. 

Ingredients: Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Sustainable Palm Oil*, Natural Shea Butter, Organic Rosehip Seed Oil, Organic Castor Oil, Beetroot Powder, Rose Extract, Rose Clay, Sodium Hydroxide (Lye), Water, Fragrance.

*Palm oil used for this recipe comes from a supplier that is part of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil.

Scent: This soap is scented with a light rose gold fragrance oil that has notes of sweet and soft mix of coconut, candy apple, raspberry, red currant, tulip, freesia, heliotrope, rose, cashmere musk, vanilla, and amber. Because this is a facial soap, I used only 3% fragrance. However, if you are sensitive to fragrance oils, try one of my unscented facial soaps. 

Weight and Size: Each facial bar is about 2.5" round and 1 inch thick. Bars weigh approximately 2.5 oz / 70 g.
